Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

I want you to feel supported and confident in your decision to invest in coaching. If, after our first session, you feel that the work isn’t the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of your package or program—no hard feelings. Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the first session.

After that point, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances and the number of sessions used.

Rescheduling:
Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. If something unexpected comes up, reach out—I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.

Can I change the package I am using?
