Training

Hannah is an incredibly talented trainer. As a woman in my mid-50s with no experience at a gym, I was drawn to work with Hannah because of her excellent knowledge base, upbeat personality and non-judgmental attitude. Hi, I’m Hannah — founder of Convallaria and your personal guide to long-term health, strength, and autonomy. I’m here to help you cut through the noise and take ownership of your body and your life.

With a decade of coaching experience and a foundation rooted in both science and strategy, I bring a no-nonsense, high-impact approach to health and personal development. My work is equal parts rigor and care, tailored specifically for women who are ready to lead themselves powerfully into the next phase of life.

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology
  • Certified Wellness Coach
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher

And before all of that, I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I honed my skills in discipline, endurance, leadership—and the importance of showing up for yourself, even when it's hard.

That foundation informs everything I do. I coach with intention. I teach with precision. I believe in showing up fully.
