Training
Hannah is an incredibly talented trainer. As a woman in my mid-50s with no experience at a gym, I was drawn to work with Hannah because of her excellent knowledge base, upbeat personality and non-judgmental attitude. Hi, I’m Hannah — founder of Convallaria.
With a decade of coaching experience and a foundation rooted in both science and strategy, I bring a candid, impactful approach to health and personal development. My work is tailored specifically for women who are ready to lead themselves powerfully into the next phase of life.

- Certified Wellness Coach
- Certified Personal Trainer
- 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher
And before all of that, I served in the United States Marine Corps, where I honed my skills in discipline, endurance, and guiding others using inspiration.
What I Stand For
My coaching and courses revolve around about autonomy—the right or condition of self-government
I specialize in working with pre-, peri-, and post-menopausal women who feel worn out and no longer desire to pursue vague, low-efficacy health advice and are ready for a higher standard. My clients are ambitious, intelligent, and motivated—but often lacking the clear, grounded guidance that actually works for them. I value an approach that allows my clients to hold a relationship with their body that’s built on respect, not restriction.
